What are Business Rounds?
A three day event, bringing together at the same place and at the same time business people and potential investors from different countries, to hold individual business meetings in order to supply and demand products, goods, services and to reach different types of cooperation and/or business partnership agreements.
How do the Business Rounds work?
To draw an analogy, a Business Round works as a “Supply and demand pool”, where business people initially register and subsequently select the counterparts they wish to meet with.
Subsequently the organizers schedule the business agendas including the counterparts selected by each company and those who have requested such company.
The final agenda is distributed the first day of the Business Rounds and the participants have the obligation to be punctual to all meetings as scheduled.
What are the steps I have to take to participate in the Bolivia 2012 International Business Rounds?

What sectors participate in the Business Rounds?
Multiple sectors participate in the Bolivia International Business Rounds, an event that takes place in Expocruz, an event with a setting for multiple sectors.
Is the cost to participate per person?
The cost to participate is per company and not for each participating business person.
How many persons can represent one company?
After paying the registration fee, a company can designate two representatives; the meeting tables have four seats, two for each company.
In case a company needs to designate more than two representatives, there is a form to fill in requesting additional passes at US$ 30.00 (thirty 00/100 American Dollars) each.
Can I make the payment and then send the Registration Form?
The first step is always to send the Registration Form, as previously indicated. The information provided in the form is the main contribution for the success of your participation.
Making the payment without sending the Registration Form does not guaranty your registration. The information about your company is required to fill in the corresponding registration.
Where do the Business Rounds take place?
The meetings and all activities related to the Business Rounds are in the CAINCO Convention Center, Av. Las Américas Nº 7, where each business person will have their meetings on the date and at the time indicated in their Agenda.
When will I receive my agenda for the meetings?
The agendas will be available starting on Tuesday, September 25 at 15:00 hrs. and up to Tuesday, September 26 at 10:00 hrs. at the CAINCO Convention Center where the meetings will start on Tuesday, September 26 at 10:00 hrs.
Likewise, it is important to emphasize that the business agendas will be provided to each participant who has paid the registration fee in due time.
Can I schedule or request additional meetings after the indicated deadline?
The methodology used for this event does not allow rescheduling or requesting additional meetings after the deadline for requests in the Web and the submission of forms requesting the meetings, only one agenda per company is prepared for the three day meetings.
